KP Carpentry 

      Hi, I'm Kyle Perry, owner and principal builder for KP Carpentry Bay Area.  I started working construction before I attended the University of Vermont.  Once I graduated I moved to California and have collaborated on a number of residential housing developments over the years building multi unit developments start to finish.   I became Licensed in California in 2007 and have since continued my education through reading publications and taking courses on green building and various trades with in the construction field.

     I am a master craftsman and perfectionist on the job.  I am in constant communication with the owners of a project and strive to help them make decisions in an easy going atmosphere yet a timely manner to keep the project moving forward.  I do most of the work myself but at times I rely on a network I have built over the years for advice or on the job subcontractors.  If you are looking for high quality construction or just a knowledgeable handyman look no further.
